The staff were very polite, helpful and prompt. The bouncy castle itself was clean and well maintained. It was easy and quick set up and tear down. All in all it was an absolute great experience, the kids had an amazing time!!! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to family/friends!

The bouncy castle we rented was perfect for our sons birthday party and the staff who delivered to set up and tear down were super efficient and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from the big bounce theory or recommend to anyone!

They always responded to questions and contract confirmations promptly and made sure we had a solid plan for set up and take down for the event. The preplanning really made the day of the event less stressful because I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. The team was also so easy to work with and they were completely self sufficient which made it easy for me to focus on the event. A huge thank you to the Big Bounce Theory!

We used The Big Bounce Theory for our community league event and they were fantastic! We rented a bouncy house, an obstacle course, and a cotton candy machine with supplies. They had good prices and great service. The staff dropping off and picking up the rentals were prompt, well informed, and kind! The inflatables were such a hit with the kids and the cotton candy was surprisingly each to use. Will definitely use again!

We rented the #26 Unicorn Combo on August 20th for our daughter's third birthday party. We're not local to Edmonton and not familiar with local vendors so weren't sure what to expect. We found the website very helpful and appreciated that each product listing offered details about size, weight restrictions and recommended ages. This made our selection process much simpler and was something lacking in some of their competitors websites. Booking and payment were easy. Delivery was prompt, efficient and carried out by two friendly but inconspicuous staff. The bounce house itself was in mint condition and the perfect size for our group. My three-year-old struggled a bit to climb from the bounce platform to the top of the slide using the bolsters/pull handles but quickly learned to travel up and down the slide. Overall, we were super satisfied with our experience.

We were thrilled to work with The Big Bounce Theory for our Community League Day event. The service was prompt and professional, after a few initial emails and a phone call we had everything we needed to complete the booking. Payment was a breeze and the delivery and setup were on time with absolutely no issues. The crew was competent and confident and set everything up perfectly with no supervision or major support required. Having the option to add on an attendant really took the pressure off our volunteers and allowed us to focus on other aspects of the event while remaining confident the attraction would be operated in a safe manner. We will definitely book again - the bouncy castle was a huge success and undoubtedly added to our overall participation and event success!

The #43 Obstacle Course was amazing. The kids and adults alike had a super great time. There was never a moment when nobody wasn’t in it. Fast set up and take down. Face painter was also very good. Very quick at painting as well. Got a lot of people painted in the 2 hr booking. They come highly recommended.
