Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is a REQUIREMENT, not an option! The safety of your children is our #1 priority.

What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?

Everything! We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop for all things event rentals! In addition to private events, we serve community leagues, festivals, expos, unions, churches, corporate, weddings, summer camps, and much more! You name it we do it!

Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?

Under no circumstances should a water hose, water balloons, or water gun be used on our inflatables unless otherwise stated. Any use of these items may result in a cleanup fee.

Does the rental have to be set up on grass?

Our inflatables can be set up on almost any terrain! Let us know what surface the units will be on when making a booking!

Are your rentals clean?

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. 

Do I still get free delivery if I live outside Edmonton?

Delivery charges apply outside Edmonton City limits.

Are the sandbags included in free delivery?

Every outdoor unit must be anchored via stakes or sandbags for safety. Staking the unit down is free. Sandbags are $10 per bag.

 

Will my rental come with sandbags?

If on grass, we will stake the unit down for free. If outside and we can not stake it down, we will have to add sandbags ($10 per bag) to your booking.

Will some of the staff stay and help?

Staff is not included in any of our inflatables rentals. Staff is 55$ plus taxes per hour each.

Do I always get free delivery?

Free delivery is subject to change without notice.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, within Edmonton city limits only.

Can you extend your rental on the day of?

Yes, upon our approval and at an extra charge.

How do you book a rental?

Choose the item you wish to book, add them to your cart, fill in the required information, click “send quote,” and then follow the final steps.

Can I rent a bouncy castle in the rain?

No, we do not allow it due to safety concerns.

How long does it take to set up?

Each inflatable takes, on average, 10 to 20 minutes to set up.

What is best recommended?

It all depends on the age group and how many kids are attending. Send us an email inquiry, and we can help you with this.

What do you offer within your company that can help me set up a great event?

We offer a large variety of inflatables, team building activities, tents, tables, and chairs; we also have the largest pool of face painting, balloon twisting, and glitter tattoo artists, a photo booth, dunk tanks, magician, event staffing, professional experience, tremendous customer service and the list goes on. What surface can you set up on?

Just about any surface there is! Let us know what surface your unit will be on for more information!

If I live out of town and want to save on delivery, can I pick it up myself?

Yes, you can. And you can have it from 9 am to 9 pm at the regular price of 4 hours instead of paying for 12 hours. A DEAL THAT CAN’T BE BEATEN!

Bad weather Cancellation

Both parties must agree that the weather is too severe to host your event. Under these circumstances, the host will have the option of a full refund, re-scheduling, or booking credits. Weather related cancellation must occur BEFORE we have started your delivery.
