Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Delivery charges apply outside Edmonton City limits.

Sandbags delivery charges may apply to your order without notice.

Overcharges may apply to your invoice without notice. 

Prices may change without notice.

An extra charge applies for all sandbags requirement (all surface other than grass) 

Staff is not included in any of our inflatables rentals. Staff is 55$ plus taxes per hour each. 

An extra charge will apply if we judge there is a longer than usual walk distance to access the set-up area (we usually will charge if you set up in a park and we can not access it with the vehicle).

No, we do not allow it due to safety concerns.

Each inflatable takes, on average, 10 to 20 minutes to set up. 

We ask the client to be available at least 2 hours before their rental starts for us to deliver. If earlier than this, we will follow up with you before arriving. 

It all depends on the age group and how many kids are attending. Send us an email inquiry, and we can help you with this. 

We provide a grade-A experience and help you make memories like no one else. Fantastic equipment, organized, prompt, professional, friendly and stressless experience. 

We offer a large variety of inflatables, team building activities, tents, tables, and chairs; we also have the largest pool of face painting, balloon twisting, and glitter tattoo artists, a photo booth, dunk tanks, magician, event staffing, professional experience, tremendous customer service and the list goes on. Yes, you can. And you can have it from 9 am to 9 pm at the regular price of 4 hours instead of paying for 12 hours. A DEAL THAT CAN’T BE BEATEN!

In the event that there is rain or other bad weather, preventing the unit from going out, the client is given the option to either reschedule the rental to a later date or cancel the rental. If the client chooses to reschedule, the reservation confirmation deposit will be transferred to that later date, meaning that you will not have to pay this again, and the amount will still be deducted from your total rental price. If the client chooses to cancel the rental due to unforeseeable and unfavourable weather conditions, the clients will receive a refund of their reservation confirmation deposit. In order to qualify for this refund, the client and the contractor must agree on the day of the rental that weather conditions will prevent the unit from being able to be set up.
